with the old school restoration craze in full swing, new parts showing up way faster than you can wear out the old ones and BMX technology changing at about the same rate as the computer industry we know you may be looking for stuff you can’t find or maybe there are parts you’d like to try but don’t want to pay the full price so we’re gonna help you out in the form of an old fashioned BMX Swap Meet. we’re offering up a place for you to sell, trade,barter, purchase, swap, buy or swindle a deal from others just like you.
the date will be August 1st, the times will be our regular store hours of 10am until 5pm and the location is in front of our shop. so as to not take up too much space (thus pissing of the other businesses in our plaza) we ask that you limit it to BMX and vintage skateboard stuff only...and remember: we are supplying nothing but the location. we won’t have tables or blankets, we might be able to help you make change but this really will be more on you and less about us. we simply understand that you may want to expand a collection or reduce a collection, maybe you’ve quit riding and want to liquidate or perhaps you’ve just lost your job and simply need some dough...we’re here to help out by getting everyone together at the same place. also, this is not intended to be a Vintage bike show so regardless of how sweet your JMC Darrell Young is please do not bring it unless you plan on putting a price tag on it. also, we will not be loaning tools to remove or install anything. if you plan on selling something it would be best to remove it before you get here and install it when you get home. finally, since these deals will be handled privately between you and someone else you should realize that we will not be liable for returns and/or refunds and if you wake up the next day and think you’ve gotten a raw deal it’s no ones fault but your own so suck it up, take it like a man (if you are one) and don’t come crying to us
